This revision recasts the earlier ledger note as a dialogue. It is not a new physics or a new mathematics; it is a discipline of comprehension and a firewall. One structure appears under three vocabularies - count/order/seal, answerable/unanswered/unanswerable, and computable/enumerable/uncomputable - with reachability by process as the hinge. The governing rule is that an exact address, count, or identity does not supply meaning without separate evidence.

This lead companion keeps the part of the earlier Volume I that survives independent checking: exact geometry and exact address structure. It narrows the former scalar interpretation into a cleaner monograph of exact identities: a 45 degree cone with two independent sphere-packing operators, a Pell curvature ladder in Z[sqrt(2)], and a divisor-band address rule for rational messages. Physical, acoustic, market, and constant-governing interpretations are removed or quarantined.

The strongest claim is not resonance, but a reproducible low-cost protocol for measuring breath-figure coarsening and coalescence statistics.
