01 · The data
The active deck is an exact 51-card permutation encoding the supplied integer 14,134,725,141,735 at scale 10¹², displayed as 14.134725141735. The 2♣ is held outside as marker Ⅰ.
This transports supplied data. The decoder does not calculate a zero, certify a new ordinate, extend an archive, or prove RH.
02 · The representation
A card can expose identity, frozen position, blackjack value V, natural rank R, color C, suit S, or a custom Memory 51 label. Those are named maps and conventions.
The card has no unique psychological, physical, financial, or number-theoretic meaning by itself. A game must say which coordinate it reads.
03 · The proof value
A finite theorem or certificate can buy exact recovery, an equality or difference between projected streams, a recurrence witness, or a complete census under a frozen rule.
It does not buy an RH result, an entropy claim, human cognition, general prediction skill, or evidence from traffic. Interpretation begins only after the exact fence is stated.

Alpha credit policy
Credits are a designed game currency. Prediction accuracy, paid observations, recall correctness, and active learning time remain separate recorded quantities.
Research boundary
The Alpha keeps receipts locally and transmits nothing. Bot-heavy page views, clicks, idle time, and client-side credits are not treated as human-study evidence. A later voluntary data path can accept versioned receipts under an explicit protocol.
